Successful of education and quality of the learning process can not be separated from the role of teachers as a means of process. This thesis discusses the influence of certification, participation in the teachers forum (MGMP) and the management of production unit to the quality of learning process at tourism vocational high school in Semarang city. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of certification, participation in the teachers forum (MGMP) and the management of production unit to the quality of learning process at tourism vocational high school in Semarang city.
It is quantitative research with the population of 100 certified teachers of tourism vocational high schools in Semarang. It has the sample of 80 certified teachers using proportional random sampling. Data a which were taken from the questionnaire and the documentation were improved and arranged by the researcher.
